Brewer’s Exclusive #1 Can Release

The production team, led by Dave, our Head Brewer, have developed a new series called the Brewer’s Exclusive. This is an opportunity for our team to explore new techniques and ingredients. This series will feature small batch brews with a very limited number of cans (50 to 100 cases) available in our Taproom only with a handful of kegs hitting select locations in market.?

Brewer’s Exclusive #1 (referred to in the brewery as Backpack Guy) is a Double IPA coming in at 8% ABV. We had the opportunity to experiment with malts from our friends at @proxmalt on this one. Triple dry hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere, and Amarillo, this DIPA is full of aroma and flavor with notes of pineapple, melon, and citrus.?
