Coriolis Force collab w/Cushwa and Elder Pine; Ten Years in One Day collab w/Jailbreak Can Release

Coriolis Force: We got together with two other Maryland breweries that kill IPAs (Cushwa and Elder Pine)… and brewed a pale lager! We added a few twists though, including hopping with three Southern Hemisphere varieties from three different countries: Australian Summer, New Zealand Motueka, and South African Southern Passion. We were inspired by New Zealand Pilsners, which have a lighter, brighter, softer character than the classic German examples. It is named for the force that causes storms in the Southern Hemisphere to spin the opposite direction of those in the Northern Hemisphere.

Ten Years in One Day: Our collaboration with our friends at Jailbreak Brewing in Laurel, MD! Together we brewed an 11% ABV triple IPA with heaps (5+ lbs/bbl dry hopping) of Denali, Citra, and Simcoe hops and just a touch of pineapple puree. The name was inspired by our amateur days, this 600-gallon batch would have taken ten years when brewing a 5-gallon batch a month!

Hopefully these two balance each other out, our strongest/hoppiest beer and the cleanest and easiest drinking!
