Citra, Mosaic, and Santium made this DIPA so juicy. This years crop of Mosaic has us going nuts! When we combined it with Santium you get this juicy pineapple sweetness that makes you swear we used fruit. It honestly was unexpected and blew our minds when we first started tasting it after fermentation.

Thousands of pounds of Blueberries and Plums conditioned on our classic pillowy, juicy, chewy lactose sour IPA base. Raw wheat and oats blend so well with these fruits, it blew us away. Cannot say enough good things about how this one turned out. SO much fruit, balanced sour, and just full of pie-like filling flavor.
