Strata Valley Can Release

** Its 2020 and it has to be said to prevent lots of questions – THERE IS NO RANCH IN THIS BEER **

Strata Valley is our next can release! We decided to mix it up and go back to the OG style and brew up a West Coast IPA with Strata, Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Citra, and estate grown Summit hops!

Strata is a very new/trendy hop, but its heady aroma and punchy flavor make it perfect for the West Coast style.

Summit hops got a bad rap for quite a while due to poor growing/harvesting techniques leading to onion/garlic flavors and aromas but a very select group of farmers have been given the thumbs up to grow it in the proper fashion and we are loving this crop we got in!

It was a little spooky getting outside our comfort zone on this one but man are the tank samples tasting excellent!
